Aftercare advice for Natural & Artificial nails

  • Always keep regular maintenance appointments
     
  • If wearing nail extensions or natural nails they should be at an appropriate length to suit your lifestyle.
     
  • Cotton lined rubber gloves should be worn for such tasks as gardening/cleaning or when hands are submerged in water.
     
  • Keep nails clean at all times - use a nail brush for the free edge.
     
  • Very importantly always use a non acetone remover.
     
  • File nails - never cut them.
     
  • Use Solar Oil/Nail Radiance Oil 2 or 3 times per day.
     
  • Use a good hand moisturizer.
     
  • Use a pencil to push buttons on a phone or calculator if necessary.
     
  • Open car doors/drawers etc with the side of your finger.
     
  • If nail art has been applied, you should apply a top coat every other day - to help it last.

Aftercare advice for Feet

  • Always keep regular maintenance appointments
     
  • Keep nails clean at all times - use a nail brush for the free edge.
     
  • Very importantly always use a non acetone remover.
     
  • Use a good foot moisturizer.
     
  • Keep toe nails at a sensible length.
     
  • Use a pumice in between pedicures to keep hard skin under
     control.
     
  • Wash feet daily and dry thoroughly especially between toes.
     
  • Do not wear tight socks, tights or shoes.

Before Tanning

  •  DO Lightly exfoliate and moisturise your whole body 24 hours before your Treatment, especially elbows, knees and heels and any areas of hard skin.
     

  • Don't Have a shower immediately before treatment DHA is more
    Compatible on skin, which is acidic.
     

  • Don't Shave or wax immediately before a treatment leave at least 24 hours to avoid irritation.
     

  • DO Completely remove all make-up, cosmetic and skin preparations before Treatments.
     

  • DO Wear loose clothing; bronzer can rub off on tight clothing.
     

  • DO Wear dark or old underwear, the DHA may stain nylon.
     

 

Caring for your Tan

  • Don't Shower, bath or take excessive exercise for at least 8 hours after Treatment.
     

  • Don't Shave your legs for at least 12 hours after your treatment as this has a similar effect as exfoliating.
     

  • Don't Use exfoliating facial washer or toner on the face for at least 24 hours after treatment.
     

  • DO Lightly exfoliate any areas of dry skin ie ; (heels, elbows).
     

  • DO Moisturise skin daily, preferably with a suitable after tan moisturiser.
     

  • DO Use a suitable sun tan lotion when in the sun as your tan will not offer Protection from the U V rays.
